More than 7,000 students have housing contracts at the University of Arkansas. These residence halls and apartment complexes are the center of campus life.
Residence Hall PROPOSED Rates by Semester
Academic Year 2025/2026 rates are pending Board of Trustees approval and will be reflected on the University Housing website by June 15th.
Your $200 advance payment fee will be credited against spring semester charges.
