Summer Housing and Dining

Current students can complete a contract online through the Housing Contracting Portal beginning at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
Complete the contract as soon as possible. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. The contract covers a complete summer session.
Summer housing is located at Walton Hall and limited spaces are available for group housing at the Marshall apartments.

Summer Housing Requirements
You must be enrolled at the university and attend at least three credit hours during a summer session to qualify for summer housing on campus.

MAY INTERSESSION
Housing will be available for currently enrolled students to live on campus during the May Intersession.
Intersession housing is part of the summer housing contract. Contact University Housing at 479-575-HOUS (4687) or at housing@uark.edu for more information. Intersession housing lasts from May 12-24.
INTERIM HOUSING
University Housing has an option for current residents to stay on campus in their summer room assignment between the Spring and Summer sessions. You must be enrolled in both Spring 2025 semester classes and the first 5-week or the 10-week 2025 summer sessions to qualify for interim housing.
Contact your hall administrative specialist to complete an extended stay request form for interim housing that will be available beginning in April.
The nightly charge of $35 is billed to your student account and is not part of your summer or academic term charges.
DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION
Please contact the Center for Educational Access (CEA) at 479-575-3104 and set up an appointment to meet with them if you have a disability that may require an accommodation.
We cannot make special accommodations until we receive a formal request from the CEA
