Below you will find a list of dates important to the housing contract process and opening and closing dates for the residence halls.
Housing Contract Dates

| Tuesday, October 15, 2024 | Phase 1 — Online Contract Housing contract opens. — 3 p.m. New first-year students only You must be admitted to the university before contracting. |
| Tuesday, October 29, 2024 | Spring Housing Contract Opens — 10 a.m. (Spring 2025 only) |
| Tuesday, November 5, 2024 | Spring Off Campus Meal Plan Contract Opens — 10 a.m. (Spring 2025 only) |
| Tuesday, November 12, 2024 | Phase 2 — Profiles and Meal Plan Set-up Includes Living Learning Community application and profile set-up for roommate matching — 10 a.m. This phase is not as time sensitive as other phases of the contracting process. |
| Tuesday, January 7, 2025 | Priority Deadline for Living Learning Communities (LLCs) |
| Tuesday, February 4, 2025 | Phase 3 — Roommate Selection Roommate Selection Opens — 10 a.m. This phase is not as time sensitive as other phases of the contracting process. |
| February 17—21, 2025 | Phase 4 — Room Selection (For Returning Students) Select Your Room on Campus |
| Tuesday, March 1, 2025 | You will receive a $200 refund if your contract is canceled by noon on March 1, 2025. |
| Saturday, March 15, 2025 | You will receive a $100 refund if your contract is canceled by noon on March 15, 2025. |

| April and May | Phase 4 — Room Selection (For New Students) Select Your Room on Campus |
| April 1—4, 2025 | Honors Room Selection Honors housing priority is reserved for admitted honors students who applied to the Honors College by December 15 of their senior year. |
| April 15—18, 2025 | Room Selection— Round One (including Living Learning Communities) |
| April 29— May 2, 2025 | Room Selection — Round Two |
| May 13-16, 2025 | Room Selection — Round Three |
