Below you will find a list of dates important to the housing contract process and opening and closing dates for the residence halls.
Housing Contract Dates

Special Arrival Information
Students arriving before Thursday, August 8 may be billed $35/night.
Hotz Hall cannot accept requests prior to Tuesday, August 6 due to summer school housing.
Requests cannot be made earlier than Thursday, August 8 for the Locale Apartments, Marshall Apartments and College Town Apartments. Requests cannot be made earlier than Thursday, August 15 for the Cardinal apartments.
Students attending intersession may request to move-in Saturday, August 3rd.
Students are not allowed to request a special arrival on Sunday, August 4 or Sunday, August 11.
Students who are going through Sorority Recruitment should not fill out this form. Students will select a time in the Sorority Recruitment Arrival Time Selection process instead.
Requests are approved on case by case basis. There is no guarantee your request will be approved.
