Duncan Avenue Apartments are designated for upperclassmen housing. Students accepted for Duncan Avenue Apartments must turn 19 and have completed at least thirty (30) credit hours by August 1 of the contract year (based on Fall occupancy).
Advance placement or college courses completed while in high school do not count towards the thirty credit requirements.
Room rates shown are for the Fall 2016 - Spring 2017 academic year.
Rates are based on availability of space. Rates shown have been Approved by the Board of Trustees.
- 4-bedroom apartments (Each student has a separate contract. So if an apartment-mate leaves, you are not responsible for their charges.)
