It is not permissible to use electronic, or other devices, to make an audio or video record of any person, without the person’s prior knowledge or consent where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy and such a recording is likely to cause injury, distress, or damage to reputation, including, but not limited to, in such locations as showers, locker rooms or restrooms.

Use of cameras or other electronic imaging devices to send or record images, or video from residence hall rooms is limited to the capture of that resident's contracted part of the room unless written permission is obtained by all contracted residents of the room.
