Where are the communities?

First-year students will be able to select from Duncan Avenue Apartments (on-campus), The Locale Fayetteville, The Vue and The Marshall at Arkansas.

Honors students will have first preference of rooms selection at The Vue.

What is included at The Locale Fayetteville, The Vue and The Marshall at Arkansas?

All units are fully furnished and include a full kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. All utilities (including internet) are included.

Apartments at The Locale Fayetteville and The Vue are four-bedroom units with private bathrooms. On-site parking is included.

Apartments at The Marshall at Arkansas are four-bedroom units that share 2.5 baths. There is no parking at the facility. The closest parking is Lot 56 on the south end of campus.

Room and meal plan charges will be processed through your student account and any scholarships and financial aid will apply as expected.

Apartment Websites

Will there be University staff to assist me at the apartment complexes?

Yes, University Housing staff will be on site at each complex to help build community and assist students.

How do I select an apartment community?

Log in to the housing portal where you completed your contract and room selection.

These spaces will open beginning at 10 a.m. Monday, May 2 and will be available until all spaces are filled.

What are the room rates?

Room rates will be finalized in the next few weeks, however rates for apartments off-campus will be comparable to the on-campus Duncan Avenue Apartments.

When can I move in?

Students can begin moving in on Thursday, Aug. 11. More information about move-in will be made available in early June on the Move-in 2022 website.

What about my meal plan?

Students who choose an apartment option will have flexibility with meal plan choices. Later this summer, you will be able to update your meal plan preference with the choice of keeping your on-campus meal plan, selecting an off-campus meal plan, or choosing to have no meal plan.
