Requirements: Upperclass students only. The third floor of B-Building is designated as honors space. (A 3.125 Cumulative GPA is required for current students)

The Northwest Quad is a multi-use suite-style facility. The complex consists of four residence halls and houses a computer lab, faculty and staff apartments, classrooms, meeting rooms, lounges and a connected dining hall. Students will enjoy living in two, three and four bedroom suites, offering dedicated telephone and ethernet connections in each room and locking bedroom and closet doors. Three and four bedroom suites offer two bathrooms per unit. There are 136 four-bedroom suites, eleven two-bedroom suites, and ten three-bedroom suites.
The Northwest Quad is located near resident reserved parking lots and has a Razorback Transit stop immediately adjacent to the facility. In addition, the new Health Care center is next door. The Quad is a short walk to the Arkansas Union, Mullins Library and the academic and administrative facilities on Maple Street and in the center of campus.
