Requirements: Duncan Avenue Apartments will be available to students who will have completed at least forty-five (45) credit hours.
Located on Duncan Avenue across from Harmon Parking Deck, and just minutes from Engineering, Physics, Business, and Kimpel Hall classrooms.
Requirements: Students who will have completed at least forty-five (45) credit hours may apply.

- 4-bedroom apartments (Each student has a separate contract. So if an apartment-mate leaves, you are not responsible for their charges.)
