Welcome to the University Housing Emergency Preparedness website. On this site, you will find information which may assist you in living safely while the U of A is your home.
We have designed this site to contain important information that may be useful during an emergency. This information is only useful if you are familiar with the proper response "before" an emergency occurs. We recommend you take a few minutes and read through the information. Taking the time now may make the difference if an emergency actually occurs while you are on campus.
Each link to the left of the page contains basic information, guidelines and highlights pertinent information that may be helpful in the event of an emergency that could affect students and the operations at the University of Arkansas.
We also have prepared an Emergency Preparedness Response and Crisis Management Plan that will guide the U of A through any emergency. We strongly encourage you to "do your part" and become familiar with your role by reading the information provided on this site. Feel free to contact our office with any comments, questions, or suggestions.
Although we hope to never have to initiate an emergency plan, we want to reassure you that we are prepared, as we strive to have the safety and security of our campus as a top priority.
