The residence dining facilities and retail food options are managed by Campus Dining Services by Chartwells. You may eat at any dining center, such as Brough Commons, Northwest Quad, Pomfret Dining Center, for any meal using your valid University ID card. You must present your University ID to the cashier each time you desire entrance into one of the residence dining centers. You are not allowed to share your meal privileges with any other student or guest. You may use the flex dollars portion of your meal plan to purchase meals for others in the dining centers, or to make purchases at Campus Dining retail facilities on campus (Club Red convenience stores, Union Market Food Court, and RZ's Coffeehouse).
A variety of on-campus and off-campus meal plans are available to meet your specific needs. For more information about meal plans, contact Campus Dining at (479) 575-3232 or by email.

FLEX DOLLARS
Flex Dollars are per semester and help customize your meal plan to fit your unique eating habits and class schedule. These dollars can be used to purchase food and beverages in all campus dining locations and/or meals for guests in our residence dining facilities. Up to two additional $50 blocks of flex dollars may be purchased each semester.
RESIDENCE DINING FACILITIES SERVING HOURS
Hours vary slightly from hall to hall but meals are generally served as follows: | |
| Breakfast | 6:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. |
| Continental Breakfast | 9:15 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. |
| Lunch | 10:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. |
| Dinner | 4:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. |
Brough Commons offers continuous service, breakfast through dinner, Monday through Thursday, and until 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
LATE NIGHT IN THE UNION
5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday (burgers, pizza, sandwiches, and salads). Students with a meal plan can use one of their allotted meals at Late Night for food and beverage items not exceeding $6.50 in price.
CARRYOUT MEALS
If you have academic or employment conflicts, which cannot be resolved, special arrangements may be made with the Dining Center Manager to obtain a carryout meal (minimum 24 hour notice).
SPECIAL DIETS
The Dining Center Manager will assist you with selecting foods from the menu to meet special dietary needs.
If you do not feel well enough to go to the dining center, you can have a friend pick up a meal for you and bring it to your room. Click here for the Sick Tray Request Form - please follow all instructions listed on the form.
CHANGES IN MEAL PLANS
You may change your meal plan by emailing University Housing through the 11th day of classes each semester. After the eleventh day of classes, you will be unable to change your meal plan until the beginning of the next semester.
Missed Meals: Meal prices are determined by a missed meal factor. Uneaten meals and unused flex dollars retain no refundable or transferable values.
