Online Contract Information

Welcome to the Online Contract process for Room and Board Accommodation at the University of Arkansas! This process is time sensitive: your position in Shop-N-Swap (Online Room Selection) is determined by the date your Online Housing Contract is completed. More information about University Housing's room assignment process can be found here.

Please note that the most common reason a student cannot login to Online Contracting is because the are not admitted to the University yet. It can take up to three business days after a student is officially admitted for their information to be downloaded to the Housing management system. However, if it has been longer than that and you cannont login, please contact University Housing in one of the following ways: Click Here for ways to contact us.

Your Contracting information will display immediately on MyChecklist. There is no lag time. If you are not seeing green checks where you should, please contact University Housing here. Spring contract information will not display on MyChecklist..

University of Arkansas policy requires traditional freshmen to live on campus. Exceptions are granted to students who live with their parents at their parent's permanent address within a reasonable driving distance from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus. An exemption may be granted by University Housing for extreme circumstances that prevent an individual from living on campus. Click here for more information and the documentation required to request an exemption from the Freshmen Residency Requirement.
