Students living in University Housing residence halls and apartments use ResNet to get online from their rooms. ResNet stands for "Residential Network."
It is a collaborative partnership between University Housing and Information Technology Services (IT Services) to provide local network and Internet services to residents living on campus.
University Housing provides the front-line support and is the liaison between the student and IT Services to solve technical problems with network connectivity.
Our office is located in the Housing Administration Building at 960 W Douglas St (east of U of A Bookstore).
